The hardest test in history (according to him)
Person. Woman. Man. Camera. TV: ACED IT!
The doctor's reaction says it all
* AI-generated satirical imagery. The "DONALD JENNIFER TRUMP: GENIUS" nameplate is chef's kiss.
In July 2020, Donald Trump bragged about "acing" a cognitive test (the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, a screening for dementia) by memorizing five words: Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV. He claimed doctors were "very surprised" and that he got "extra points" for remembering them in order.
COGNITIVE TEST

Welcome to the Cognitive Excellence Test
You will be shown 5 words for 5 seconds.
Then, after a brief delay, you must recall them in order.
"The doctors said it's actually quite hard. They said, 'How did you do that?'"
"They said nobody gets it in order. It's actually not that easy, but for me it was easy."
What is the MoCA Test?
The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) is a screening test for dementia and cognitive decline. It's designed to detect mild cognitive impairment, not to prove intelligence. A healthy adult should score 26/30 or higher.
The word recall portion (Person, Woman, Man, Camera, TV) is just one small part of the test. Getting this section correct is expected - it doesn't indicate genius; it indicates absence of significant cognitive impairment.
Bragging about acing a dementia screening test is like bragging about passing a breathalyzer.
